If you usually make or eat rice in general, you need not especially know how rice water is made. You already know it!

  1. Wash Rice nicely to remove dirt/dust.
  2. Soak the rinsed rice in a bowl of water.
  3. Keep it for half an hour.
  4. Separate the rice from the water. Voila!
