Refund and Returns Policy
We at Beyond Rice have formulated each product to deliver the best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
At Beyond Rice, we’ve crafted every product with utmost care and love, aiming for the finest outcomes and absolute transparency ensuring you safer delights. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us through the issue you might be facing from the following context and we will take care of the rest.
We will offer returns/ refunds/ replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
- Your product is missing in the package
We will not accept return/replacement requests in the following cases:
- Opened/used/altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, branding, etc.) missing.
- The return/replacement request is generated after 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
In any of the above cases, please raise a return/replacement request within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return/refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at help@beyondrice.in
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 5 days after the product is delivered to you.
How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes quality control, a refund is initiated.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order from the order details page. You just need to give the reason for cancellation.

You can write a cancellation mail mentioning your account details, Order ID, product items you want to cancel, and your contact, and we will help you cancel the order. You can click on the call button from the Contact Us section to get an immediate response for the same.
Beyond Rice reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer, which may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Note – Orders can only be canceled till the status is “Ready to Ship.” After the item has shipped, you cannot cancel the order but instead refuse to take delivery and opt for a refund (if prepaid).
How will I receive the refund for my canceled or returned product?
In the case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or from where the payment was made, within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
Can I return part of my order?
